Exit to the garden. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Large balcony, south facing position and west facing position, garden, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (4 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Private: garden. Terrace, garden furniture. Very steep, narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 4 cars). Shop 600 m, grocery 700 m, restaurant, bakery 600 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Sion". Gondola lift 900 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Veysonnaz 4 Vallees Verbier 900 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
