It offers space for 6 people in 3 sleeping areas. The modern and stylishly furnished apartment was built in 2012 and impresses with its first-class interior design. It is located on the top floor and consists of two floors altogether. The vacation apartment is very spacious at 1500 square feet. The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds (35.5x79 in.). The second bedroom has a double bed (71x79 in.). A double bed (71x79 in.) is also available in the sleeping area in the open gallery. On both floors there is a bathroom with a shower-bathtub, toilet, sink or with a shower, toilet, sink. The bright and beautiful living area with an open kitchen, dining table, leather sofa and Internet TV (Zattoo, Netflix) is particularly eye-catching. The kitchen is well equipped with a large refrigerator and separate freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, glass ceramic stove, oven and dishwasher. Two children's high chairs from Tripp Trapp are available for little guests. A fondue set, raclette oven and board games are available for cozy evenings. In the middle of meadows and forests on the Arvenbuel plateau, 1,300 meters above sea level, the beautiful vacation apartment "Rubin" can be found. This is the perfect oasis for family vacations in winter as well as summer. The site with direct access to the Arven ski slope and chairlift is particularly special. Strap on your skis and start right outside of the apartment. The family-friendly ski area features the renowned Swiss ski school, mostly easy slopes and a wide network of winter hiking trails and snowshoe routes. In spring, summer and autumn , the setting around Amden is a popular hiking area with a variety of hiking possibilities between Lake Walen and the mountain peaks. You can cool off in the charming mountain streams or in the emerald blue Walensee. Even on hot summer days, the nights in the mountains are refreshing and ensure the best in relaxation. Restaurants are within walking distance. In the center of Amden there are supermarkets, a cafe with a bakery, an indoor swimming pool and other restaurants. A parking space in the in-house underground parking garage is reserved for you. The nearby bus stop "Arvenbuel, Arven" is 218 yards away.
